Product information

What size should I buy?

We carefully measure and fit each size to correspond to the age range. When in doubt, check out our size charts here.

All infant and toddler sleepwear is designed to be worn snug to the skin.

How should I care for my products?

Each product will have it's own care instructions, so please check the individual product page. It's also printed on the interior of the garment.

Some general guidelines:

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Wash with like fabrics
  • Machine wash on cold using gentle cycle
  • Use a gentle detergent
  • Air dry or tumble on low

Do you use flame retardants?

Nope! Every product we make is independently tested by an accredited 3rd party lab to comply with all CPSC regulations.

Why do some of the garments have a different fit or feel?

Hand sewn garments mean there can be minor variances between items. All of our products are designed to fit the age range and built to last.

Every new batch order is custom dyed, cut, sewn, and printed (if the design contains a pattern). Fabric may have a slightly different feel from batch to batch, as this is a normal occurrence when crafting custom clothing.

Where is Coconut Pops based and where is the clothing made?

We're based in Columbus, Ohio. We partner with suppliers across the globe, including Thailand, China, and India.

Can I edit my order?

Due to how fast we get orders out, we cannot edit/change an order once placed.

How can I exchange or return an item?

All exchanges and returns must be done online through our portal here for orders within the USA.

What items are eligible for return?

In general, to be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be unused/unworn/undamaged and have original tags and packaging.

Exclusions include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Bundled items that are offered as a discounted package
  • Items damaged by improper care

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We now offer shipping to multiple countries.

Lower 48

  • $5.95 Standard Shipping (2-5 days)
  • $9.95 Expedited Shipping (1-3 days)
  • Orders $50+ receive free Standard Shipping (2-5 days)
  • Orders $75+ receive free Expedited Shipping (1-3 days)

Alaska and Hawaii

  • $13.95 Standard Shipping

Outside USA

  • Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout. These are flat rate and include any applicable customs/duties/VAT, meaning less hassle for your order!

Do you price adjust?

We do not make price adjustments or retroactively apply any promos/codes.

Are there any final sale items?

Yes. Final sale items may include anything marked down 30% or greater, bundled items, or similar promotions, as well as gift cards.

How do I access or join Coconut Pops Rewards?

You can access your account or sign up for a free account by clicking here.

What are the benefits of an account and how do I earn points?

We created the rewards program with two things in mind: simplicity and value.

You can earn points the following ways:

  • Creating an account
  • Following us on Instagram
  • Sharing your birthday
  • Referring friends
  • And, of course, shopping the store

Points accrue and you can easily apply them towards future purchases!

How does referring a friend work?

You can share a 20% promo code with your friends using your unique referral link (located in your rewards dashboard).

Once your friend uses this code to make a purchase, you'll receive 700 points in your account!

How do VIP tiers work?

There are three VIP tiers:

  • Explorer (entry level)
  • Adventurer (400+ points)
  • Superstar VIP (1,000+ points)

You move up tiers based on points earned. For example, you'll move up to Adventurer once you've earned 400 or more points.

Each tier has it's own earning rate:

  • Explorer (earns 5 points for every $1 spent)
  • Adventurer (earns 10 points for every $1 spent)
  • Superstar VIP (earns 15 points for every $1 spent)

Adventurer and Superstar VIP each earn a one-time use gift card upon reaching those tiers!

VIP status earning points are credited for a calendar year and will reset on January 1. Upon reaching a new tier, your status will be valid for the remainder of the current year as well as the following calendar year.

Your actual points never expire.

Can I redeem points with a discount/promo code?

Points cannot be combined with any discounts or promo codes.
